What we collect

• When you post a job: your email address and the post itself (shop name, address, phone, apply details).
• When you save an alert: your email address, your saved search, the frequency you chose, the exact consent wording you ticked, and the time and IP address when you confirmed.
• When you report a post: the reason and your note, and a one-way hash of your IP address.
• Page visits, counted with GoatCounter on our own server: the page, the referring site, screen size, browser and country. No cookies, and nothing that identifies you.
• Standard server logs.

Why

To show the post, to send the mails you asked for, and to stop abuse.

Where

On our server in Manassas, backed up to object storage. Mail is sent through SMTP2GO. Addresses are looked up with Nominatim (OpenStreetMap) once, when the post is made.

How long

Drafts are deleted after 7 days. Job posts stay visible as closed jobs. Alerts stay until you unsubscribe. Reports stay while we need them for moderation.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any alert with one click. Ask to see or delete your data by email: jobs@wenmarpro.com.

We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Privacy questions: jobs@wenmarpro.com.

No ads, no tracking cookies, no selling of your data. The only cookie we set is the admin sign-in, which is strictly necessary.
